“I began my work for Jatomi Fitness in 2010 as a hostess. I was still at the university at that time, and I treated the job with Jatomi as another odd summer job. A few days after I joined, there was an opening at the reception and I was offered a new position, which I was excited to accept. I worked full-time at the reception desk during the summer holidays and they let me work half-time during the academic year, so that I could easily reconcile work and studying.”

I began my work for Jatomi Fitness in 2010 as a hostess. I was still at the university at that time, and I treated the job with Jatomi as another odd summer job. A few days after I joined, there was an opening at the reception and I was offered a new position, which I was excited to accept. I worked full-time at the reception desk during the summer holidays and they let me work half-time during the academic year, so that I could easily reconcile work and studying.

Jatomi felt like home right from the start! The team I worked with was fantastic, the extra money was really useful and I liked the nature of the industry. I decided to stay permanently. Initially, I was afraid it would be hard to reconcile my job with two university degrees at a time, but the flexible roster calmed me down.

Owing to my commitment and hard work, I was offered an administrator job at the office. Thanks to that change, I learnt about the company from the inside, I got to understand many processes and I had the opportunity to meet great people whose experience and knowledge influenced my life choices. I had been thinking what I would like to do in my life for a long time, and I managed to set my career aspirations straight owing to Jatomi. Graduating in psychology I already knew that I had a vocation to work with people, to see that they develop and achieve. I have fulfilled this dream at Jatomi, working as a Group Learning & Development Specialist. Currently, my responsibilities include recruitment, organisation of training or internal conferences, and supporting development.

Working for Jatomi Fitness gives me the opportunity to develop as a person and to make my dreams come true, but also to work with a team of awesome people who are crazy about sports. This business attracts people with an enthusiastic and proactive attitude to life and to their responsibilities! Their passion and commitment are very inspiring.

The side effects of working for Jatomi Fitness? An unconditional love for sports. During employee workouts, our personal trainers open up a new world of sports experience and they can make a difference in your life!
